Livigno is a privileged gateway to the Engadine, the region of the Swiss Alps where St. Moritz and many other renowned resorts such as Sils, Samedan, Pontresina, Scuol and Zernez are located, as well as the Diavolezza and Lagalb ski areas and some famous peaks such as Piz Bernina and Diavolezza. A few kilometres away from Livigno, on the Foscagno Pass road towards Bormio, you’ll find the Husky Village of Arnoga in Valdidentro, one of the best dog sledding centres in the Alps and in all of Europe. It is a facility that houses and trains more than 50 sled dogs in the ideal climate of the Alta Valtellina and offers the exclusive opportunity to drive a husky sled along a snowy route through the forests of the area.
